Swimming Training

Swimming is an activity that burns lots of calories, is easy on the joints, supports your weight, builds muscular strength and endurance, improves cardiovascular fitness, cools you off and refreshes you in summer. Often, it can be a life saving knowledge and tool as well. Our swimming instructors are well-qualified and experienced professionals, in the national and international level. Besides swimming, they also teach you be patient, emotional control, vocabulary of swimming terms and phrases, sympathy. They give you tips and tricks to increase physical abilities and listening skills. For your convenience, you can visit any branches of Bull’s club. The timings for swimming training are set in the morning as 6:00AM-10:00AM and in the evening as 4:00PM-6:00PM. The training session is limited for 1 hour daily for a period of either 10 days (course) or 15 days (course).
